This is a simple, doable process that you can apply to any project that you want to bring out of your head and into the world, be that writing your first book, becoming a speaker, or travel the globe. The ON TRACK Map will help you commit to your goals, uncover where you might be stuck and what you need to do next.

The ON TRACK Map takes a holistic approach and makes goal setting a process of self-discovery, creativity and fun.

Once you learn how to activate the ON TRACK Map and its 5 Success principles, you will never have to feel stuck again.

Introduction - Get to know the ON TRACK Map

Hi ,

For you to get the most out of this course, it is very important that you begin by getting to know the ON TRACK Map.

In this lesson you will find two essential videos that will have you understand how the ON TRACK Map is designed and how you can apply it in practice, so that you can successfully reach your goals.

INTAKE / Your Commitment

The commitment area is the entrance point to the ON TRACK Map.

For you to make the most out of this course, it is very important that you take some time out to do the intake, as it is the foundation for your success.

Please keep in mind that you can do nothing wrong.

The important part is to be as honest as you possibly can and to get in touch with what it is that you want, why you want it and how it will make you feel.

You can always go back to re-commit and redefine your goals at some later stage, if you need to.

This is a great time for you to really get in touch with your desires and goals. Goal setting is a process of self-discovery, fun and self-expression.

This lesson is all about self-care and how to establish daily self-care practices that will help you build a strong foundation for success.

Besides the instruction video, you will be provided with a worksheet + a list of suggested focus points, so that you can easily choose 1- 3 focus points that you can apply to your ON TRACK Map, so that you begin to apply your self-care practices right away.

Lesson No 2 - INTUITION

This lesson is all about intuition and how to establish a relationship to your intuition so that you can save time, energy and money by making better decisions. 

Besides the instruction video, you will be provided with a worksheet + a list of suggested focus points, so that you can easily choose 1- 3 focus points that you can apply to your ON TRACK Map, so that you begin to establish a relationship to your intuition right away.

Lesson No 3 - MIND MASTERY

This lesson is all about getting your mind to support you, so that you can successfully reach your goals.

Besides watching the instruction video, you will be provided with a worksheet + list of suggested focus points, so that you can easily choose 1- 3 focus points to apply to your ON TRACK Map for you to establish a strong mindset that will support you while successfully bringing your project out in the world.
